Easiest cryptocurrency exchange promotion

We believe we are Australia's easiest to use cryptocurrency exchange. So much so, that we are willing to give you $500 if we are wrong. To be eligible for this promotion, you need to have a similar experience on a similar exchange (Alternative Exchange). If you’ve tried us, are not satisfied, and believe you have a valid claim, please reach out to our support team via our Support Center to answer a few questions and claim your $500.

Terms and Conditions

Your experience must be similar. You must:

  • Be a new member on Cointree and the Alternative Exchange.
  • Be completely ID verified on Cointree and the Alternative Exchange.
  • Have completed a purchase/trade valued at least $500 on both exchanges of the same cryptocurrencies within 48 hours of each other.

The Alternative Exchange must be similar to Cointree. The Alternative Exchange must:

  • Be Australian owned and operated.
  • Primarily operate in AUD fiat currency.
  • Provide multiple cryptocurrencies for purchase.
  • Allow trading any-cryptocurrency to any-cryptocurrency.
  • Provide free storage of all cryptocurrencies that can be purchased/traded.
  • Be members of Blockchain Australia and registered with AUSTRAC as a digital currency exchange.

To make a claim, reach out to our support team through our Support Center to schedule a quick 15min call where we will validate your claim and ask you about your experience with both exchanges.

Eligible claims that have been validated by our team on the phone will receive AUD $500 in their Cointree account within three business days. The $500 is inclusive of any other promotional credits or bonuses received.

Claims are only valid on trades made between the promotion start and end dates. Claims must be made before the promotion ends.

Only one claim per person. We reserve the right to reject a claim if we believe the promotion is being abused or there is malicious intent by a person or group of people. Our decision is final.

Maximum promotion payout is $5,000. Promotion starts 10th February 2021. Promotion ends 31 May 2021 unless extended, or once the maximum payout total of $5,000 is reached, whichever is sooner.
